yeah i remember the whole witch-hunt, all i can say that it was blown out of proportion. the way it goes around here: the policy makers derive their decision makings on the front cover story of that right-wing conservo tabloid newspaper. some crazy nuts started doing satan worshipping whatnot. and the whole metal kids got the be their bogeymen. or bogeykids? the whole thing got forgotten after a while. now it's quite alright. i mean, KREATOR played KL last month!

Well, I for one am glad that nothing like that would never ever ever ever happen in these United States.

While visiting a friend in high school, his dad flipped out over a Minor Threat record and busted it up with a sledgehammer.

"But...Dad...they're....
straightedge."

I guess his dad had seen a Lords of the New Church LP lying around and it put him on the warpath (heavily Catholic).
